District Goals

Goal #1
Boys Ranch Independent School District will provide students a safe; secure learning environment in which students experience a curriculum that provides a full continuum of course offerings and support services.
 

Goal #2
All students attending Boys Ranch Independent School District will meet required state/federal criteria and measures required by “No Child Left Behind” and the Texas “Academic Excellence Indicator System.”
 

Goal #3
Boys Ranch Independent School District will recruit and retain “highly qualified” faculty and staff by providing an excellent work environment, quality staff development, and competitive salaries and benefits.

Goal #4
Boys Ranch Independent School District in partnership with Boys Ranch will establish an open, honest line of communication to enhance future planning, current programs, and day-to-day operations.
