BRISD had two recipients of the Region 16 Best Practice Recognition at the 2023 Fall Kickoff. MFE was awarded Best Practice for their Blended Learning with the Modern Classroom. BRHS teacher, Gary Gill, was recognized for his Nature Research Center, where he gets the students out of the traditional classroom.
