Boys Ranch High School is a great place to teach and learn!  We serve a diverse student body from a wide variety of backgrounds.  Our teachers provide a safe, high-quality learning environment focused on the needs of each individual student.  We are committed to encouraging each of our students to explore, create, and discover using their strengths, background knowledge and life experiences.  We are striving to be innovative in our instruction to engage students along their individual learning paths.  At Boys Ranch High School, we value our partnership with Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch. We collaborate to ensure that we are meeting the needs of all students within our school.  We are committed to providing a supportive environment that fosters academic, social, and emotional growth. 

My entire career in education has been spent at Boys Ranch ISD.  From teaching students to leading teachers, working for a special purpose district brings rewards that you will not experience in other districts.  I am both proud and blessed to be a Boys Ranch Roughrider!
